Cleaning Information:
-Window Washing: Please remove any fragile objects from the window frames and around the window area. Flawless Glass will wipe the sills and exterior tracks & frames as part of the window and screen cost. We can provide you with a quote for any additional detailing of the tracks, frames, or casing.
-Pressure Washing: Please clear a 3' access around surfaces to be cleaned and move any objects sitting or leaning on those surfaces. Pressure washing will be performed on the requested surfaces with or without solvents, depending on customer preference and necessity. Flawless Glass will wash most surfaces upon customer request, though it is not recommended to use high pressure on certain surfaces.
-Gutter Cleaning: Dirt and debris will be scooped or blown out of gutters, valleys and downspouts. Additional cosmetic cleaning may be requested.
Terms & Conditions & Liability Waiver:
By accepting a quote either verbally or electronically, agreeing to schedule work, or otherwise contracting with Flawless Glass, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Service. These terms apply to all services including, but not limited to, pressure washing, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning. Flawless Glass (the company) will not be held responsible for any customer property with pre-existing conditions that causes damage to said property during standard operations. The company shall use the utmost care in the performance of our work, but shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, nor shall it be held liable for injuries to persons or damage to property. If Flawless Glass is required to move any customer property to access surfaces to be cleaned, the company will not be held liable for any accidental damages. Any issues or disputes, will be resolved at the sole discretion of Flawless Glass by informal means and will not be arbitrated, litigated or brought to court. Flawless Glass reserves the right to update or alter these terms at any time without notice.
Payments &Past Due Accounts:
Payment is due upon completion of work. If payment cannot be made at time of service, an invoice will be issued and the client will have 30 days to pay via cash, check or Zelle. Any payments not received within 30 days of invoicing may accrue a 10% monthly finance charge. Late payments will be resolved at the sole discretion of Flawless Glass and may require legal action. Any costs incurred, including attorney's fees, in the collection of past due balances shall be paid by the customer. The terms of this agreement shall control in the event of any conflict.
Cancellations & Reschedules:
Please give as much notice as possible for cancelations and reschedules. If the appointment is canceled within 24 hours, or the client fails to communicate a cancellation (no-call, no-show), we will be unable to schedule another client into the appointment slot. Cancellations within 24-hours of the appointment are subject to a fee up to 100% of the quoted price.
*Squeeze-in and weekend appointments are subject to an overtime fee.
